The wealth of benefits I've gained from Vipassana meditation, which is silent meditation, are invaluable. I am certainly calmer, more relaxed, able to deal with life's challenges in a more balanced way than I was before. I am much more tolerant of myself and others. 

I've discovered that deep silence gives the body an opportunity to release its traumas. Allowing the body to release these traumas, without reacting, will hugely affect the way you react to stress and unwanted external stimuli in your daily life. You too can become more peaceful and calm, which is something we would all like to be, right?  Why not give it a try?
